Documentation will be loaded to this portal once available and approved. If the document you require is not available, it is not ready to be released. 

Final survey/levels are required to be on the plans for cut/fill/retaining to be assessed. Please do not submit without this information. 

Please note; Recycled Water is NOT available. 
- lots greater than 300m², must include fittings and connections to a 2000Ltr rainwater tank, as specified by the relevant authorities, to allow toilet flushing and garden irrigation to use grey water, behind privacy fences and not visible from the public
- Lots under 300m2 - recycled water is not available in this estate, ensure other water saving requirements are utilised as per the current regulations/ncc

Please ensure the following developer notation requirements are on the landscaping plans prior to submission;  
• Grass Lawn (pre-grown turf) must be a warm season turf variety. The lawn should be maintained and regularly edged to present neatly. Grass is to be installed on a minimum 100mm depth of suitable topsoil. 
• Minimum 200mm depth of suitable topsoil is to be installed to all garden bed areas. Garden bed areas are to include an 80mm depth of mulch to retain moisture within the soil and suppress weed growth.
