Applicant please note; All of purchasers, apart from a small amount of MD sites or Hous and Land packages, have Landscaping included in their land contract.

Please check with your client and please submit which package they would like from the Landscaping Brochure for approval by the DRC team. 

We are no longer accepting other forms of landscaping plans for eligible purchasers. 

The DAP team have up to 10 business days to respond to your application.
