The DAP team have up to 10 business days to respond to your applicaiton.

Landscaping - The Applicant must select a Landscaping Package. Please ask your client and provide the package name they have chosen in the required field. Their selection must be provided at the same time as the building plans are submitted for assessment. If no package information has been provided, the application cannot be submitted.  The names of the packages are Timeless, Native, Cottage and Seasonal. Builder drawn landscaping plans are not required. Driveway, Path, Fences and letterbox are still required on plans as they are not part of the package.

All plans must have the following irrigation requirements on the plans, shown as notations etc and ensure they are included in the clients build contract. 
- An irrigation system (90mm PVC pipe or similar) is required to be installed under the driveway setback at a minimum of one metre from the front boundary.
- An external tap on the side of the dwelling adjacent to the side gate/return fence.
- An external power point adjacent to the external tap.

The Water Tank is a council mandated item and may be required to be installed prior to the Occupancy Permit being issued, the determination is up to the building surveyor issuing the building permit.
