Applicant please note;

Land Survey/Levels must be on the plans for assessment

All of purchasers in Stages 1 through 6  have Front Landscaping included in their land contract.

Please check with your client. Please submit which package they would like, from the Unity Park Landscaping Brochure, for approval by the DRC team.  Driveway, Fences and letterbox still required on plans as they are not part of the package.

Stage 7 (inclusive) and onwards, The DRC team requires landscaping plans, completed by the builder or client, to be submitted for assessment. Please ensure they are compliant with the guidelines prior to submission. 

- A minimum softscape area of 60% of the total front garden area is to be installed, with at least  30% of the softscape area consisting of planted garden bed.

- A minimum of 2 plants per m2 of garden bed area i.e. If 15m2 garden area, then approx. 30No. plants installed.

- A minimum of 3 species of plants utilised and nominated on the plans

- A minimum of one canopy tree with a minimum mature height of 2m (or 45L) must be included in the front landscaping with species nominated on the plan.

- The following notes must be on all landscaping plans for these stages,

"turf will require ongoing maintenance, mowing and watering"

"garden bed mulch must be a natural colour"

"any granitic sand or pebbles to be installed with non visible weed matting"

"Synthetic Turf is NOT permitted"
