Land Survey/Levels must be on the plans for assessment
All of purchasers in Stages 1 through 6 have Front Landscaping included in their land contract.
Please check with your client. Please submit which package they would like, from the Unity Park Landscaping Brochure, for approval by the DRC team.
Stage 7 (inclusive) and onwards, The DRC team requires landscaping plans, completed by the builder or client, to be submitted for assessment. Please ensure they are compliant with the guidelines prior to submission.
- The following notes must be on all landscaping plans for these stages,
"turf will require ongoing maintenance, mowing and watering"
"garden bed mulch must be a natural colour"
"any granitic sand or pebbles to be installed with non visible weed matting"
"Synthetic Turf is NOT permitted"
