Design Application Portal

Beveridge Williams Town Planning services include the creation of Building and Design Guidelines for new residential estates. These Guidelines are prepared in response to planning permit requirements and our client's design preferences for their developments. Our Town Planning team prepares these Guidelines and administers them via the Design Application Portal.

Once under construction, Beveridge Williams acts as the Design Assessment Panel for the estate. A collaborative approach is adopted between the Design Assessment Panel and our client throughout the assessment process, and our client is consulted where matters arise which are outside the scope of the Design Guidelines.
